Since 1971, Standard Appliances has been providing Filipino households with quality home appliances. It has developed a strong relationship with homeowners—the parents and grandparents—over the years. In 2012, it saw a new challenge for itself: tapping the younger market, the 18-34 year-olds, who are the new and future homeowners.

Solution:

To overcome this challenge, Digital Spin created a social media campaign for Standard Appliances. Since the younger market are the ones who are digitally savvy, social media is the perfect way to get in touch with them. In the campaign, we:

  1. Built awareness for the brand among the target audience by creating content that tapped their interests, showing them how Standard Appliances is relevant to their lifestyle and needs.
  2. Maximized the reach of this content through an advertising and fan acquisition campaign.

Results:

  1. 120,000 additional fans and counting
  2. 70% of fan base is composed of target market
  3. 81% of engaged fans is composed of target market

Challenge:

Baron Travel, one of the country’s most esteemed travel agencies, has been providing its clientele with a comprehensive array of travel and tourism services since 1967. In 2014, it aimed to expand its clientele by tapping the online market.

Solution:

Digital Spin created a website that redefines online travel booking. It not only builds awareness for Baron Travel and showcases its products and services, but also allows potential clients to select among and book an impressive menu of services that brings together the world’s best flights, accommodations, cruises, and tours.

Results:

The website, which is constantly being upgraded to offer even more services and convenience to the consumer, is changing the way Baron Travel does its business. Through an online presence that can be reached anytime and anywhere, its market continues to expand.

Challenge:

Federal Land, Inc. is bringing in the prestigious Grand Hyatt to Manila, and has for its target market the on-the-go affluent. With a beautiful showroom already in place, the company sees a new challenge—how to bring potential buyers to their showroom so that they may know all about it.

Solution:

Keeping the target market’s busy lifestyle in mind, Digital Spin created a digital campaign that reaches the market where they are. In the campaign, we:

  1. Brought the showroom to the market through a mobile app. The application, an interactive showroom installed on the tablets of the Federal Land sales team, allowed potential buyers to experience Grand Hyatt at their convenience.
  2. Designed and placed display ads on websites that are frequented by the target market and which lead to the website.

Results:

  1. 120% website traffic resulting to 20% conversion rate, a major factor in ROI because of the Grand Hyatt App
  2. 80,000 Website Impressions from CPM
